Sue Masterson is a top producing Realtor at ReMax of Boulder. Prior to joining ReMax in November of 2004, Sue consistently ranked in the top 10 at Coldwell Banker Residential in Boulder and region-wide. Honored as the top “Rookie” in her first year with Fowler/Better Homes and Gardens, she then continued to rank yearly in the top 10% prior to joining Coldwell Banker in March 2002. Sue received the Diamond Society Award in 2003 and was the 3rd ranking individual at Coldwell Banker in 2004.
Sue is a specialist in both residential properties and real estate investment. She maintains a Days To Offer average at one half the MLS wide average and an average of 99% Sales Price to List Price Ratio for her listings.
Sue has earned a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation which only 5% of agents hold nationwide and her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, both of which allow her to provide the highest skill level when serving buyers and sellers. She also holds the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation in real estate. Sue also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and German Language, as well as a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.
Having lived in Boulder County for a decade, she knows the local market well and can serve as a valuable resource for area cultural activities, school information, and recreational opportunities.
